At CYFFL (Calgary Youth Flag Football League), we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for our participants. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds:
Full refund window: July 15, 2023 – August 15, 2023
Partial refund window: August 15, 2023 – September 01, 2023
No refunds after September 01, 2023.
- Full Refund: Participants who request a refund prior to the full refund deadline, will be eligible for a full refund of their registration fee. To initiate the refund process, please email your refund request to info@cyffl.ca. Include your name, contact information, and the player's name in the email.
- Partial Refund: Participants can request a partial refund during this window. The partial refund will be the original registration fee minus a $50.00 processing fee. To request a partial refund, please email info@cyffl.ca with your name, contact information, and the player's name.
- No Refund Deadline: After the deadline, no refunds will be issued. By this time, teams will have been set up, and insurance has been paid. The spot reserved for your player has been confirmed and cannot be transferred.
Please note the following additional considerations:
- Refund requests must be emailed to info@cyffl.ca.
- Refunds are not available after the season has started.
- There are no exceptions to the refund deadline including: Injury to the player, inability to play, dissatisfaction with the program, personal circumstances, weather cancellations, or any other reasons.
- Due to insurance requirements, we cannot allow unregistered players to participate, even if they are filling in for an injured player.
We appreciate your understanding of our refund policy. These guidelines are in place to ensure the operational ability of our league and to provide equal treatment to all participants.
